Floor de Roos (1999) is the co-founder of ARTDICTIVE. Through ARTDICTIVE she hopes to provide opportunities to woman to advance their musical career. This means offering them a stage to play and a platform where you can listen to their music. She thinks that woman should support each other in this musical field. Furthermore, she is aiming for a safe and diverse environment in which everyone can be their authentic true self. She hopes to reach these goals with Dominika Karaszewska (co-founder ARTDICTIVE).
