Seven people in a band, including two keyboard players and a girl. That's gotta be the combination to "just another" gothic band you've all heard of. Now, how to convince you of the opposite... You've been told before: "This isn't what you expect it to be" or "these guys are different". Well, here I am, doing just that.

Of course, you cannot get past the fact that there really is a -beautiful- girl singing, (no really, this one can sing) and that there are keyboards playing quite prominently, but every instrument blends in nicely with the riffs and melodies, and gets shattered unexpectedly by brutality when Nicolaas unearths his low grunts (he looks like a nice fellow, but if his heart and soul are as evil as his throat...).

It all started in 1998. This very first line-up recorded one demo called "Moriath". One year later, Evy Verbruggen joined the band, recording the mini CD "In Shadow They Live", which got them a deal with Uxicon records. The new full CD "Wintermist" wasn't released until July 2001 however...

A new promo "Break Of Dawn" was recorded during the icy months of 2001, marking a fresh start for the quest of finding another label.

All in all, you gotta try this young yet promising band, even if you're one of those "keyboards are not metal"-minded chaps.
